Maxing Out Testing

Today max full Olympic clean, max weighted pull up, max tricep bench press.

A. Clean (full) – 1RM

245 Max


B. Close Grip Bench Press (16″) – 1RM



C. Wtd. Pull Up – 1RM


30x Clean (full) @ 77% for time


The full clean I had some issues with because I rushed the weight jumps,  tried hitting 260 to many times so I could only do 245 in the end. My pull ups and bench felt good no surprise there from the meat head lol  the Metcon was fun recovery time felt good.
