What Personal Training Means To Me
I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping people achieve the goals that they thought weren’t even possible. I strive to make there goals my goals, ‘if you’re not happy I’m not happy’. With that said I began training people over three years ago on my free time until one day I noticed that I had developed a passion for training people, shortly after that I went to school and got my certification from (N.C.C.P.T) and have been training ever since, other than personal training I teach two boot camp classes and one strength and conditioning class. I myself am very athletic person from a wide range of sports that I’ve played in my life time soccer, football, surfing, skim boarding wake-boarding, skiing, etc so I can relate to all athletic and physical levels. I can help provide you with the knowledge and motivation you need to reach a healthier and better life.
Why Personal Training?
If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, hiring a personal trainer can be a step in the right direction. A good trainer can help you set up a program that meets your goals and teach you the best way to exercise. Finding and choosing a trainer can be a little confusing and, for some, intimidating. It’s not easy asking for help, but going in with more knowledge about how personal training works can make it a little easier.
